Fox is the most conservative of the big media outlets reporting and they won't call anything for a Republican unless it's 99% whereas they call something immediately for the Dems. Wisconsin, North Carolina and Georgia are all nearly all-in and Trump is leading in each. Trump is leading big in Pennsylvania and Michigan although they have more precincts still out. Big News would have already called it for the Dems two hours ago had they been in Trump's position.
