Does any one have a recent Hornady manual that lists the 50 gr GMX in the 223? If anyone has loads with AA2230 or Win 748 I wound appreciate It greatly!

No sir, these are 50gr GMX that are discontinued. Got 1K really cheap. Only problem is data. I am going to use TSX 53 gr loads IF I can't get some for the GMX. Understand the GMX is a little "harder" and has data unto its self. But midrange TSX loads will be where I start.
