Unlike the Dems, Trump will follow the law.
If all legal options are exhausted (recounts, court cases etc) ,then he will concede.
I do not expect or want him to be "concialatory".
Rewarding lying ,cheating Anti-American SCUM like Joe Biden and his supporters is not a worthwhile endeavor..

Which law requires a legally elected President to step down following a fraudulent election?
Who would attempt to enforce the President conceding?

If the cheating is proven and Trump is elected, what will happen to the cheaters? I'm betting nothing. They'll be free to ply their trade in the next election without fear of prosecution. They need to be indicted and punished for attempting to violate the constitution but I'll bet that nothing is done.
