The Trump administration refused to play dress-up with the Biden-Kamala campaign. The GSA will not be funding a “Biden Transition Team” in the near future until ALL THE LEGAL BALLOTS are counted. GSA and its administrator will continue to abide by, and fulfill, all requirements under the law,” GSA spokeswoman Pamela Pennington said in a Sunday statement. Congress allocated $9.9 million to the agency in February to assist with transition activities, which includes the provision of office space, equipment, and background investigations for incoming personnel. I think what Trumps has done is written a book on how to win an election 2016( or perhaps almost win 2020) an election when you will get no positive coverage from the media. Since I don't think the MSM has given the republican a fair shake since Bush the elder I hope that who ever is the candidate in 2024 has the understood Trumps lessons and has the personality to pull it off.
