FOX news ratings and market share have crashed and burned.
When Rupert turned over the reigns to his sons James and Lachlan there has been a battle for the direction of FOX news.James left the network because he wanted to become just another letter station at a speedy pace.
Lachlan resisted and wanted to move in that direction but at a slower pace.It brings to mind the story of the frog slowly brought to a boil.He was still cooked but before he became alarmed and jumped from the pot.That is Lacklan's plan. More fake news.Everyone's viewership numbers always drop after big elections. FOX still had the best numbers. Newsmax's tiny share fell by about half. No big deal. It's becoming more difficult to defend you,when you completely ignore facts and statistics. FOX news has become fake news,whether you recognize it or not. A 20% drop in viewers is far more than an after election slump. Newsweek: On Wednesday, November 4, Fox News' morning show, Fox and Friends, reported the highest rating in its 22-year history. During the three-hour show (6 to 9 a.m. EST), Fox and Friends brought in 4.6 million views and more than 1 million in the 24-25 demographic. Fox & Friends' 8 a.m. hour led the way with 5.5 million viewers. Additionally, its average outdrew primetime broadcast networks NBC (3.6 million), CBS (2.6 million) and ABC (3.1 million) on Wednesday, according to outkick.com.
