My step daughter had roast beef, potatoes, carrots, rolls !! Awesome.. No pics that is not in my realm of skills yet..

We had Fareway ham loaf, mashed potatoes, corn, and cole slaw. Very tasty.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

I love smoked salmon, but have yet to have a piece of cooked salmon that I thought was fit to eat...

I'm on it !! It will be posted here; https://www.panningtheglobe.com/award-winning-white-chicken-chili/I seasoned the chicken, as instructed (used skinlees boneless thighs, 'cause I like them better) then smoked rather than roasted them ! Also had to sub in a can of romano beans, only had 1 can white beans. ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/3vquDa6.jpg) Knowing me, I probably tweaked a few things, but can't remember. I cook, utilizing recipes, but fueled by instinct & what I have on hand. NB: this tightened up significantly, once cooled. Looks great, 99s. Do the same here.

2 brothers, both married, unfortunately !!
Middle brother here in Canada & younger brother in the USA.
All 3 of us love to cook. We are the product of parents, who shared all chores & particularly loved to entertain.
For my part, I started using cooking & being in the kitchen with Deb;
1) to show support, in the kids infant years
2) as a way to let go of the day to day stresses of work
3) It's a really comfortable place for both of us to communicate.
