The NM E-Plus (private land authorizations) has created a surplus of “outfitters” in NM with the agent loop hole.
I think there is some traction building to revamp how E-Plus is managed.
He had 3 violations and his outfitting license was revoked from 6/21/2018 to 6/21/2021. Am I reading that right? He doesn't have an active license?
That is correct but in NM he can act as a “Landowner’s Agent” and walk a fine line to continue with his business
