What kind of bullets are you all using for the 6mmCM? Any good recipes out there for a start? I am putting a rifle together for my young son and thought of giving this a try. I see Swift offers a 90 grain Scirocco, and Nosler has the Accubond and the RDF to run. Anything else to look at?

I use 95gr Nosler BT, with 45 1/2 grs H4831sc and a cci 200 to light the fire--works very well.

95gr LRXs over 41gr H4350 BR2 Hornady brass. Took a couple of foxes with 38.5gr; not “fur friendly”.
95gr BTs over 44.2gr of StaBall 6.5 with FGM210Ms shoots as well and to about the same place. Cheaper too.
So far, deer have plumb evaded me when I’ve carried this rifle (a Fieldcraft). Once I kill a doe and become buck-eligible again, it’ll get another chance.

I’ve a 270 Fieldcraft that stacks 145 elds. Can’t seem to run into anything when I carry it. Two seasons now....4 month long seasons.
Yup.

My son borrowed it this morning for the VA opener. Waiting for texts.
EDIT: High lung shot on doe at about 150. Straight down and done. Hopefully the jinx is broken.

103 ELD-X. Load using the 105 AMAX data.
