Crazy, I've got about 10 bricks of that stuff. A local pawn shop offered me 55 a brick for it. But I aint selling, now 100...we might start talking. I'm starting to see and hear about some good trade deals on guns by simply trading ammo for them.

Wow, that's not just nuts - that's insane. So far, that's about 30 cents every time you pull the trigger. I bought a few bricks of it about a year ago for $25.00 per brick. Wishing now I had bought a lot more.

Take a look at Killough Shooting Sports. They are the Eley distributor and usually have a decent inventory. Eley is more expensive than some other brands but Killough is holding to the list prices, no gouging.

We still have 22 LR on the shelves around here, sometimes with limits like 1 or 2 boxes.

I'm continuing to stack 325's of Federal Auto Match for $19/per every other day or so.

my lgs has the automatch for 40 bucks a the 325. In fact most of the 22 I am noticing is starting to sit on shelves, folks not willing to pay up anymore. Hopefully it will drive prices back down some.

I inventoried and counted yesterday what I could round up of my rimfire ammo. Got it all organized finally and got the oldest lined up to shoot first.

I put up a few bricks on GB just to see what happens.

From where I am sitting I can see around 10,000 Remington Golden bullets. I guess I will tell the boss tomorrow to buzz of and I am selling my 22 ammo and retiring.

A buddy of mine had some stocked up Federal automatch and recently sold it for $25.00/box. He did well enough, considering he only paid about $15/box for it. He wasn't out to make a killing or take advantage of anyone, but someone wanted all he had and paid $25/box. That was 62 boxes worth. Maybe it will end up for sale on gunbroker??

Yeah, if people are willing to pay that price. Damn $160.00 for 500 rounds? Schidt!! That's just standard velocity CCI too...

$10-$12 a box, regular price, is about where ammo seems to become available from regular online sources. Why anyone would pay $20 for say, SV, when mid-grade Lapua, Eley, and SK can still be found or backordered is a mystery. If the SK Rifle Match I have on BO comes in as predicted, I’ll order some more.

What fresh Hell is this?
