When the pull weights go to ounces, $200 Jewells haven't given me a reason to buy another brand in that weight range for more money.

But the TT special, given the go by all members here will be my next purchase in the 1-3.5# range. 20% off helps make the choice as well.

Damn black Friday anyway.

I notice TT has a model Seven specific trigger. I thought Sevens used the same trigger as a 700?

I recently put a Timney CE 2-stage on a 700. I like it better than my TTs. Much better price too.

Interesting how mileage can vary. I’ve owned and used several CEs on Rem 700s, and I’ll take the TT Special over the CE every time.

Yep.

I've had several CE's and couldn't agree more.

The Diamond kicks the Jewels ass as well for durability alone.

Damn Canucks anyways....

Screw you! I'm voting for Trump again!

The Jewel is nice but you have to keep them clean

Would rather sell my 700 than Fhuqk it up with a 2 stage.

Never had a problem with Jewell single stage

That's correct - the safety is slightly different as well.

I am really enjoying this 2 stage trigger. I have it set at 8 oz and 16 oz

I've not owned any 2-stage CE or TT triggers, though I've played with one or two a bit. I'm not much of a 2-stage guy.

I had been waiting most of the year for the Black Friday sale. I got one coming. The challenge is which rifle gets the new trigger. You guys cost me money!

If you had used a Timney, that deer wouldn't be covered with blood😉
