If you start out with a weaned pig, how long does it take to feed him out to 100 lbs?

I use to buy weaned pigs in the spring and finish them out by fall to 200pounds. So I would say about 3-4 months

A lot of variables, IME. Ambient temperature, feed quality and rate, and single or multiples.
@ warmer temps less feed goes into heat generation.
Faster weight gain with commercial feed and plenty of it.
Two pigs compete w each other and eat better.
They said, when our kids raised hogs for 4-H JML program, weaner pigs had to be in possession by April (15?) and had to be 200#+ by fair in August.
Rate of gain, ROG, was just under 2# per day or so.
I think 100# in 2 months, approximately.

We were getting AI bred, high quality, ribbon winning porkers.
That’s another variable I forget to mention. Raised in 40* to 70* temps.

We got my daughter’s 2 fair pigs in late March this year weighing about 40-50 lbs. They weighed 250 and 279 4 months later at the fair.

From a weaned pig (~30#s) to 100 #s would take a couple months. Based on at least decent feed and regular worming and keeping them reasonably healthy. Once they hit that 100#s, their rate will kick up considerably.
Lesson for guys feeding pigs, if they show any signs, you doctor them right away. Do not wait for a day or 2 to see if it clears up.
