Help help I have mild flu like symptoms that aren't that bad, WHAT SHALL I DO!?

I got tested Thursday morning, results came back today. I thought I was developing a sinus infection monday, but it moved down into my chest on Wednesday. I've had a mild fever, sore throat, sinus congestion, and a little tightness in my chest.

I'm in my mid 30's, am not overweight, workout and hunt regularly. I have no pre-existing conditions.

Do not fear this [bleep], it's just another cold/flu like illness.

Sorry you’re down with it.

https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2020/04/09/hydrogen-peroxide-therapy.aspx

Check it out. It's a short article and a video from an awesome physician that I followed for over a decade, Joe Mercola.

Also D3 with a fatty food or avacado.
I took 40,000iu. as soon as I got over a virus.
I prayed, was immediately feeling better. However, since I got a virus and my body was run down, I did the following.

1. No sugar
2. No caffeine
3. Only water and herbal tea to drink....and LOTS OF WATER. Astragalus root tea, echanacia
4. Vit. D3
5. Vit. C to bowel tolerance
6. Zinc 2 x day with food toward the end of the meal
7. Milk thistle for liver function

My episode was a couple of hours. Prayed. God healed me. All the same I thought it wise to up my immune system to stave off anything else that's common this time of year.
I don't give medical advice and every decision is at ones own risk or benefit.
Let me know the results IF you decide to do what I did.

I take a daily vitamin, and consume enough caffeine to kill a rhino daily. And I'm having a delicious Coors light right now.

Not feeling terrible.

I like coffee too, but it inhibits your immune system.
Alcohol will tax your liver so that it focuses on detox instead of processing the hormones that will help with recovery.

Thats the reason for giving up the caffeine and sugar.
