Shameless plugs: Active Junky is pretty cool, you sign up and when you log in and shop participating retailers through the website you get cash back credited. It’s pretty rad, it does work, wish I’d known about it sooner. There are other retailers that qualify and percentages of cash back fluctuates retailer. Not a bad deal for remembering to click through the active junky site while making online orders Active JunkyKUIU is having a sale as well, plus you get 12% on top of that if you use Active Junky. Kuiu is great designer camo for looking fabulous and with the discounts it’s almost affordable

Yeah and if you click through Active Junky first it’s 12% back right now on what you spend with Kuiu. Usually it’s 4% Active Junky is amazing. You have to remember to go there first and click the retailer to shop but there’s a bunch of good retailers that participate. Cabelas/Bass Pro, Costco, Kohl’s, Moosejaw, others. Not always a hug discount but it’s something

I’ve used Active Junky for the past couple years. You can add to the savings by purchasing the discontinued gift cards on raise. For example, you buy on a 10% off day at cabelas(only put a small portion on the cabelas card to get the discount, use gift cards you purchased at 12% off from Raise and then get 10% back from active junky. It takes some time and has to be done just right but it’s a chunk of money off a big purchase.

Let me get this straight.
You give them money for over-priced merchandise.
They use it awhile.
They give you back a portion of it, keeping a hefty profit, both from the mechandise and the use of your money.
They have you convinced this is a helluva deal? For you I mean.

Las I don’t think you have it straight. If you shop at any of the hundreds of participating retailers ever, and click through active junky first, you get a portion of it back instead of nothing back
You pay nothing extra at all. You give the retailer the money you were already going to give the retailer and then later active junky gives a little back to you
If you only ever shop at Walmart and Amazon then yeah this won’t help you
Costco, cabelas/bass pro, kohl’s, sportsman’s, dick’s, moosejaw, kuiu, sitka, hotels.com, booking.com, etc etc
If you ever order from these websites ever, you can get some sort of money back that you wouldn’t get

Shameless plugs: Active Junky ............... Can I assume that you are "J.S." mentioned at the front where it asks me to sign up? Does my joining using your link provide you some sort of benefit?

Does the 12% Active Junky cash back apply to gun purchases from Cabela's?

I just did the Raise/Active Junky combo at Cabelas
Bought 4 $25 gift cards 13.8% off at Raise for $86.72 ($100 Cabelas credit)
Bought 5 40rd Pmags at $19.99 each total was $106.85
Charged the $6.85 on the card
Getting $11.95 back from active junky
So the 40rd Pmags worked out to $16.32 each
A lesson learned the other day though, Cabelas only takes 5 gift cards per order online... so if using Raise for a purchase, but the appropriate sized gift cards. Super annoying of cabelas
