Don't watch Fox any more than CNN.
But you cannot impose a retroactive tax.
Fug them and the horse they rode in on.
Come get it, bitches. Why wait?

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

That's been part of the party platform since the convention. The Supreme Court will squash it firmly--if it ever actually comes up.

What they will do however, is tax the crap out of ammo and components.

According to them, we have two choices- sell them to the federal government, or pay the tax.
The glaring omission is option number 3.

Dumb move for the Democrats to be talking about that at all before the Jan 5 run offs in Georgia. I don’t think it will play well there. Keep it up Joe

Biden cannot implement a tax if he is declared the winner. Has to go through Congress and the GOP just cut the DEM majority in the house to the bone and I seriously doubt if many of the more moderate DEMs (yes there are a few) will go along with such a tax especially if their constituents are mostly rural and not in blue states.

I doubt the house would stop it, it will likely be packaged in a larger spending bill and the House whip will have the D's in line for something like that. The hope to stop something like this is the two senate seats in GA.

What they will do however, is tax the crap out of ammo and components. Maybe certain states or municipalities may pass something. But the federales can't. The Supreme Court has upheld that ammo and supplies are part of the 2nd amendment

You can’t tax a right per the Supreme Court.. as cool Joe Biden says “com’ on man”
Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.
