Pork tenderloin, breaded & fried, mash n gravy;



Eerily similar my friend.

Hamburger steak, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, lettuce salad and some sliced cucumbers.

Couple of thin/small pork shops fried up on the stove in a little olive oil, seasoning salt applied, with some dippy eggs. Super easy, quick and damned good.

Like three dorm room girls gettting their period all at the same time.

About to dig in to some chicken lettuce wraps my wife is working.

The other night. Leftover turkey turned into a pot pie. And a loaf of fresh potato bread made with some of the leftover mashed taters.





Wife is a bit afraid of letting things get too brown in the oven. It tends to set off the new style smoke alarms where they're all wired together. Even our toaster has set the damn things off, and if one goes, all four do as they're all wired together. Friggen technology........if it saves one life right? Especially mine. Dogs run out the dog door when it happens.

Elk burger from 2015! Was in this package from a buddy's meat shop, and then I vacuum packed it... Modern living.

You are supposed to throw all your meat away if its more than a year old....

Prime rib on the Kamado. According to my meat thermometer, it shoulda been medium. A little underdone for Slavyanka but she suffered through it. Gotta get a new meat thermometer.
