Hank Jr. once had a home and farm near Paris TN., as well as a nightclub there called Hank's Place. My late brother worked for a company that did a lot of work for him one summer, and he met him.
As far as music goes, Hank. Jr ain't as good as his daddy was. Hank Sr. was IMO country musics greatest singer/songwriter.

My mom worked at a clothing store in Salmon Idaho(Slumlords favorite town)in the 80’s. She waited on him one day but didn’t know who he was. She said he was friendly enough... I thought he lived over near Wisdom Montana, but maybe is was Victor...

Jim Conrad: I used to see him from time to time in Wisdom, Montana at gunshows and on a few occasions just walking the streets of that tiny burg.
I do know he owned three ranches on the west side of the Bighole Valley south of Wisdom but I heard he recently sold one of them.
The nearest community to his ranches is Jackson, Montana but they are so small they don't even have a post office.
I would check the post office in Wisdom, Montana if it has not been closed of recent.
I do know the Game Wardens keep a close eye on him around Hunting season - he has had a few "run-ins" with them maybe they could find him for you.
Good luck in your quest - I have heard several times his real address was in New York City - I found that hard to believe - but again I don't really know for sho.
Maybe the folks that run Monday Night Football could run him down for you? He-he.

I've talked to quite a few guys who were extras in the movie, Ride with the Devil, which was filmed outside of Kansas City. One guy talked about seeing her nude in a deleted scene. One chick I talked to said Jewel was a bitch but Tobey McGuire and Skeet Ulrich were salt-of-the-earth.
