I could drive onto the chairforce academy, go to said golf course and play a round of golf.. I could take Deflave with me if chose too.. It’s not that hard.. I also guarantee you I won’t be saluting anyone.
I am still trying to wrap my head around this. Insult to the AF, and a complete lack of military courtesy. Ducky It’s called trash talk between branches. 79s is allowed that. (hint) Check with the colonel if civilians salute officers. Learn a bit and stfu.

I ride most of the time. Depends on the day/weather. On some of those really nice evenings if I tee off a few hours before dark I’ll walk just because hardly anyone is at the course.
I like the pace of play if I ride, though, and I don’t usually need to worry about folks hitting into me.

I ever tell you the time I golfed with my cousin, he’s a black hawk pilot had 7 confirmed mig 21 kills. He’s kind of well known in the aviation circles. This was down in Ft Huachuca and he was teaching LT’s anyhow it was comical watching illegal aliens who were running across the golf course. They would stop and salute him. Yeah he’s that well known even in Mexico..
