Warrior Poet Society - John Lovell just speaks the truth
The Story Till Now - Hard core BC off roaders who have cinematography that would make National Geographic proud.
There's a few more, but those are the ones I appreciate most.

Sir, great group and I admit to watching quite a few there, just never hit the "subscribe" button.
I also sub to PowerModz, Canadian snowmobile guy who just seems super genuine about having fun and sharing - not an extreme guy but sled upgrades and maintenance etc.
Heirloom Precision - Jason Burton is a 1911 master but very rarely posts. Instagram is better for him.

But the stunt he pulled taking down payments for his Romy G version and tanking on orders cause he had 0 inventory for assembly for months on end....

I wouldn't say "follow" per se, just those that I'll take a look now and then.
Most recent is the Petersons. A family bluegrass band. Somebody here at the fire posted one of their videos and I've been a fan ever since.
Liziqi - beautiful talented young Chinese woman that does everything from basket weaving to gardening, foraging, and cooking fantastic dishes.
Remi Warren / Solo Hunter Media - those guys are badass hunters
Our Wyoming Life - Nice family on a big cattle ranch
Hook Line and Chill - good old boy with hot ladies pulling up his trotlines
Andrew Camarata - Likeable young equipment operator

That is a very eclectic list, Clarkm.
Essential Craftsman is another good one.
I try to avoid anything as dumb as a TV show: music added to the soundtrack or some talking face looking into the camera. There are exceptions, but I want to see equations, hands, hardware, and test results. I watch most youtube at 2x speed. So does my wife. I have some trouble with brit accents at 2x speed.
