Some years back, "dump pouches" for rimfire ammo were available (Uncle Mike's comes to mind). A soft, but thick and stiff fabric, with a belt loop, and at least one brand with a velcro closure. AFAIK they've been discontinued. Hoping I'm wrong, and someone can point me in the right direction. I could use 3 to fit a 1 3/4 inch belt.
