Columbia omnitech waterfowl parka, 3XTall. Includes reversible liner jacket and hood. Mossy oak shadow grass pattern. Hood has one broken button where it attaches to jacket( still has the other two and zipper attachment. Hard to find a warmer more waterproof jacket than this.

How quiet is it? Thinking about it for a back-up/ leave at camp deer hunting coat.

It’s not what I would classify as a quiet jacket like fleece, but not overly loud either. I’ve used it deer hunting in really cold or raining conditions. If you need something warm and waterproof this is hard to beat.
