I was over to the Smith & Wesson forum the other day and in one of their rooms was a thread about the 303. There were some advertisement piece about famous hunters that used the 303. One of the ads was about a man that took one to Africa and collected hundreds of species including elephant. I could not zoom in close enough and would like to have a better view. I am assuming this was a piece of advertisement that this room has seen before. It was quite interesting to say the least. Does anyone have a copy they could post?

That's a page from the 1907 catalog, I think. 1909 maybe?

The elephant photo was used in a number of catalogs from that time, often showing up on the inside page.

Was able to shoot my new-to-me 99T in 303 yesterday. Slowly bumped the sights around until I got a 50 yard zero then put three touching. Same load that made this shot back in Pa. Say, did I ever show you fellas this target?
