I have 5000 Wolf small rifle primers that I could be persuaded to trade for some large rifle primers, not that I really need any. I just have more small rifle primers than I will possibly ever use. I've used the Wolf primers enough to know they will work just as good as any other brand.

I think this is a dead issue. Looks like the regs changed and you can only ship primers and powder if you are HazMat certified to the tune of about $900 for classes. John Q Public is screwed again.

It will get there ORMD is for small arms ammunition, powder and primers are haz/mat and require special certification to ship. You can ship them and not claim they are primers, but legally you can’t.
I was thinking the other day how much I used to hate Bill Clinton. He was freaking George Washington compared to what they are now.

Loaded ammo and even primed brass can be shipped ORMD. Powder and primers cannot be shipped ORMD only HazMat. Info is all over the internet. Proceed at your own risk.
