BTW, blister-free since the sock-snobbery phase began. Hahaha!

I don't need tough service, so Costco merinos have served me well. I get years of wear out of them. For really cold use like ice fishing, few socks (or hats and gloves) are better than Heat Holders.

Another brand is carried by the American Sheep Industry Association.

Just type that in and type socks after that.

Darn Tough is all I wear. Wear like iron and American made. Merino keeps my feet comfortable winter and summer.

Darn Tough. Costco and Smartwool are not even close in warmth, longevity and comfort, not to mention the variety of lengths you can get. For example, no show length for low top hiking.

DT’s, Filsons, smart wool. In that order. Sticker shock on the first two, but you get what you pay for.

The Bombas commercials make a big deal out of claiming they give away 1 pair of socks to hobos etc., for each one they sell. I think I should have the say of whether I want to give hobos socks so I stay away.

I've had good luck with DT and I go through cheap socks quickly. For me Carhartt's have been the worst.

Since I’ve gotten neuropathy in my feet

I don’t need high dollar/heavy duty socks or even heavy gram insulated boots

I can’t feel chit from the ankles down. Works out great.

Cheap boot socks and dockers all season long in my tree stands and ladder blinds. LOL

‘Church shoes’ 🤪
