Wiha. I use this for bases, rings, etc. and this for action screws. You can go cheaper. I think I've used a little bit of everything and kept the two tools listed above. I have used and would recommend one of the Borka Kits..

I have 2 of the Capri tools drivers. I have a Vortex which seems to be the same thing at a little less money. I have had to keep one calibrated to work on aircraft and it comes back spot-on perfect each time. I tried the wheeler and a few others and was underwhelmed. Wiha, Wera and CDI make nice torque drivers too but quite a bit more expensive.

I have a Borka from when Brownells sold them. I don't think they still carry them.
