Yep, they'll stick up for the muzzies, but not the Baptist or Catholics.

Do you have a link to the lawsuit where Baptists. Or Catholics were illegally strong armed by the FBI ?

This is a good ruling. It works to protect everyone.

Until we start holding agents personally accountable for their unconstitutional behavior it won't stop.

I don't like the strong arm tactics, but as of now that's the LEO way.

This isn't really about religion.

The cops tried to get someone to turn informant, and they refused.
So they cops "punished them.

It's the normal procedure.

Catch a kid with one joint, threaten him with 3-5 if he doesn't tell where he got it.
Grab his buddy who sold him one of the three he had. Possession with intent...

If they talk, little to no charges, if not, Slammer!

Did personal conviction keep the Muzzies from talking? Or are the conspirators?

Maybe Tyrell and Tyrone won't talk "Cuz dey Preacha done tol me not ta say
A dam ting!"

Will it work for them?

Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

Maybe this ruling will spill over to the Carter Page lawsuits?

Big difference between charging someone with a crime and trial by jury and taking right with no due process.

The agency and agent should be held responsible. A hit to both the agency budget and an individual's pocketbook might have everyone putting a bit more thought into their actions.

Stupid pesky Bill of Rights, forbidding the government any power to restrict anyone to exercise their religion! What a bunch of morons those guys were! Of course the FBI should be allowed to persecute certain groups based on religions that I don't agree with!! Then things would be fine!

maybe after the "Muzzies" they can get started on the Mormons and Southern Baptists? I mean, no coffee, and no dancing? What's up with that?

Does this open the door for agents of all government agencies being held personally responsible for civil rights violations?

I think so, as in the Carter Page lawsuits.
