A replay of the SLS standoff in Los Angeles might be in order. I have a good friend who was LAPD at that time and was involved in that incident. He told me he'd been in a couple of shootings before but had never seen anything like that, and he'd worked LAPD's Newton ("Shootin' Newton" ) Division for several years. L.W. The house is in a historically black part of Portland, which was long one of the few areas where black residents could own homes because of racist zoning laws. But it has rapidly gentrified in the last two decades. I'd love to know what a racist zoning law is. I would too I think they were required to have a job and make enough money to pay the mortgage...

Not all of the population in any state is eligible to vote. Some to young, some felons, and some not citizens. Why dont you look up those statistics, and learn something. How is that for logic.
