Anyone loading the 200gr Acme Flat Tip? I know the usual crew will roll in say buy a reloading manual etc. Well Lyman only has 175gr cast bullet data. I did use 200gr jacketed data for longshot. 7.2-7.4-7.6-7.8 and 8.0. I read on world wide internet guys are using 9.0-9.5 grs of long shot. I’m not going that, the 8.0gr with the 200gr was a handful.
So what you all loading out there? Oh blue dot and #9 is hard to find, but have plenty of longshot

I run Longshot. Its tough to beat in the 10mm. I use enough to get 1150fps. I can go a bit higher but 1150 with a 200 usually works well enough for me.

I don't use 800x or blue dot because they don't meter well for me. If they could reformulate 800x to make it meter better it would be great.

For 10mm I stick to 3 powders. I mostly use Longshot, No 9 works well too but it's not quite as efficient, and recently I've started playing with be-86 and it shows real potential. I tried Be-86 because it works well for me in several other cartridges. Its fast becoming a favorite all around mid range pistol powder. Its pretty much replaced power pistol and unique for me. I still can't give up my Longshot though. For mid range pistol powder I could get by with just Longshot and be86.

I’m was shooting these out if a Gen 3 Glock 20 with KKM barrel with a 15lb stainless steel guide rod. I measured the webbing on the brass it’s all under .429 which is good. It was mixed brass as well.

I load up a 195gr hardcast PC WFN, similar enough to the 200 grainer. I like my 10mm loads spicy, so I'm at the high load end.

In my S&W M610, 4"
Blue Dot, 9.1gr, 1,153fps
Blue Dot, working up to a little over 10gr runs great, no chrony data yet
Longshot, 8.5gr running at 1,229 fps
#9, pending

I've read that BE86 is a fine powder for 10mm, but I haven't tried it.
