It will be interesting to see if Cruz does. I'm not so sure that a lot of his posturing lately as it pertains to the election was to put the Trump voters in his pocket for another run for the presidency. We'll see if he comes up with a good excuse if he doesn't follow through. Interesting times indeed.

I keep hearing about all this evidence of fraud, and a lot of things sure look very suspicious to me. Additionally, several states obviously broke their own election laws as well. What needs to happen between now and 06 January is for Team Trump to seriously and vigorously present the actual evidence to the American people. Not some vague claims, but real "sho nuff" true evidence that would be admissible in court to the public. I mean shout it from the mountain tops, loud and clear and plain enough for most anyone with a moderate high school education could understand it. Spell it out - the factual evidence. None of this "the secret bad-assed Kraken is going to be released soon" hype that never actually happens. No more of the "bad booger-bears are coming out from under the bed". If they have the evidence, and I sincerely hope they do, then take it to the people in a format or multiple formats that the MSM cannot ignore. If they fail to do this, they will loose the last chance of saving the Republic from disaster, in my opinion. Since the SCOTUS refused to do it's damned job, which was to look at this, the only alternative is to take it to the American people. The House of Representatives and the Senate are supposed to represent the interests of the people. If the people fail to impress upon their Congressmen and Senators what their will is, they are unlikely to vote against the Electoral College.

Again, the only way this can be justified is with real evidence of fraud being presented to the public in an understandable manner and make damn sure it is well seen and understood. Someone, maybe Trump himself or maybe someone else, has to present this real evidence to the American people in a sincere manner that it will resonate with the people, such as Franklin Roosevelt's "Fireside Chats" or Ronald Reagan's manner of speaking to the people. Remember, the Trump supporters are not the ones that need to see and accept the evidence, it is the others. Particularly the independents or the not so hard core Democrats. Far left nut jobs/Communist Democrats are a waste of time. We need to connect with reasonable people that are capable and willing to think for themselves. They must be connected with so they will be receptive to hearing the evidence. At least enough of them so this can be salvaged. God help us, literally, if that jack-ass idiot Biden takes office. Frankly, from what I've seen so far from Powell and Wood, I have little hope that we can pull this off. I'm thinking that maybe Ted Cruz would be good in this role. Too bad that Fred Thompson is not still around.

The courts are not allowing the Trump legal team any meaningful access to ballots or voting machines. Without that access it's not possible to present much detailed hard evidence. Normally, that process is called discovery but it's not happening because the courts and various elected officials are not allowing it to happen.

Massive FRAUD took place with machines, people voting from out of state, illegals, dead people, no signatures—and so much more. Laws changed. People blocked from verifying ballots. Hundreds of thousands of ballots had no folds on them. There is much more.
