Hi All, I have a couple FF II and EI's, but need a scope for a new Kimber .243. Is there a difference in the glass quality between a FF II and the new FF IV and is there an upgrade in glass going to the Signature line. Camera Land has some nice prices on these and Meopro (I know Meopro is better, I have 3). Thanks for any insight, Y'all have a MERRY CHRISTMAS and be safe! I did take a 9 point last weekend with my 7mm-08

I recently bought one of the new Signature HD's made in China. Adjustments are erratic - after turning turrets a specified amount, POA is a crap shoot before it settles in. It's been back to Burris who responded everything is fine and it tracks correctly. It now resides in it's box on a shelf trying to decide if I sell it or throw it in the trash.
Based on that sample of one, I wouldn't touch a new China made Burris anything. I do have numerous Phillipine made FF II and C4 scopes that are good to go...

FF IV and Signature models are made in China. That alone prevents me from ever owning one. I've had very good luck with the FF II scopes made in the PI.

Sad to hear that about the Hecho en China FF IV and new Signature models. I have several of the USA made Signature Select scopes and they have been excellent in all respects. The Fullfield E1 has also been good. Just say no to the Chinese junk. Happy Trails
