I just want to give a public thank you to the folks at CameralandNY for some great service. Just before Thanksgiving I ordered a Leica Rangefinder for myself and Meopta Binos for my son for Christmas. At the time, they were out of the rangefinders, but expected them in the following week. I said it was fine to wait to ship them together. Well, it turned out to be much more than a week for the Leica and I got distracted with moving and just realized this morning that I didn't have the binos for my son for Christmas. I called them up and while the rangefinder is still delayed, they are shipping out the binoculars second day at no extra charge so I'll have a present to put under the tree. That is good customer service.

Doug and the crew are good pppl.

I haven’t ordered a bunch from them, but what i have has been top notch service.

I have ordered from Doug at least once a year for the last 12 years. Never a problem or anything but first rate service. Doug and Joel are more than patient in every question and always spot on with advice.

I've stopped looking at other places, I just call Cameraland when I need optics. Never been disappointed and I have bought quite a few from them.

I call and discuss my need and often there is a deal that may not be on the website. I’ll never buy a new optic anywhere without checking with Doug & the guys first. Happy Trails

Same here! I have ordered some from another place that has a proprietary brand but if’n Doug and the gang have it, why would you go somewhere else?
