Page 53 of the 2007 Wisconsin deer hunting regs;

propiedades.
No ensucie tierras pblicas o privadas.

I've seen every type of owners manual written in foreign language(s) but I would never have dreamed that the Wisconsin deer hunting regulations booklet would mirror an electronic device pamplet. Is this common in other states hunting regulations?

There is now an ATF form 4473, the form you fill out when you buy a gun from a dealer, that is in spanish and the only part in english is the part the dealer fills out. IMHO if you can't read or write english you do not need to hunt or be able to buy a gun in the USA.

@$#%^%&$&Demmy bastid in control in Madison. What really torques my gourd is the Dept of Wiildlife got the wardens to run around getting the sportsman's clubs to get kids to apply for a youth bear hunt, now, we have so many bears here in central wis that we kill almost one a week on hwy 29 just in clark county alone. Know how many tags we got for this youth bear hunt? We MIGHT get 1 for our club, and we had 12 kids qualify and have high hopes. Dumazzes in Mad town have no clue. If'n you can't speak English, you more than likely can't own a rifle anyway. We have many Mexicans in our town as we have 2 meat plants, have not had one come to me for a rifle, new or used. I have the Spanish 4473's, too.

Not sure if the alternative language stunt rests on Jimdandy Doyle...(hey did ya hear he appointed the former corrections chief to secretary of the state Department Natural Resources??)...but I've no doubt that in future years, the hunting regulation will come fully in more than just eengleesh. The short overview is a teaser for things to come. Next, the DNR website will have a "translate this page" option.

Not only in Wisconsin. I was in Eastern Washington 2 weeks ago. I went up to see how bad the damage was from the big Tripod fire last year. I guess that mushroom hunting is especially good after a fire. Maps and directions were posted on the sign going up into the forest. You could choose from English, Spanish, Lau and Khmer.

Just in English here in Alberta though a French version could eventually happen I suppose. Of course, Canada is officially bilingual English/French. Anything else would really be pushing the limit.
