Hey 4bear...You eat those yourself? Do you have family that took that nice pic?

Steve, is your bag full of the Spaghetti??????? Jesse Good Friend Jesse, Absolutely. Spaghetti carbonara Steve PS. Spaghetti Carbonaraingredients5 oz pancetta, side pork or thick bacon 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup dry white wine 1 lb spaghetti 3 large eggs 1 1/2 oz Parmigiano-Reggiano, finely grated (3/4 cup) 3/4 oz Pecorino Romano, finely grated (1/3 cup) 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt preparationCut pancetta into 1/3-inch dice, then cook in a deep 12-inch heavy skillet over moderate heat, stirring, until fat begins to render, 1 to 2 minutes. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is golden, about 10 minutes. Add wine and boil until reduced by half, 1 to 2 minutes. Cook spaghetti in a 6- to 8-quart pot of boiling salted water until al dente. While pasta is cooking, whisk together eggs, Parmigiano-Reggiano , Pecorino Romano (1/3 cup), 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Drain spaghetti in a colander and add to onion mixture, then toss with tongs over moderate heat until coated. Remove from heat and add egg mixture, tossing to combine. Serve immediately. I'm going to have to print this off for future use. Sounds great.

Wanting pictures of SL and other ladies? I thought most of y'all were fisherman, you just aren't usin' the right bait! Since I posted my streamside picture, I've had several PM's from forum members with offers of marriage and one offer to be a kept man, most accompanied by very revealing pictures of the correspondents. (And yes, the offers of marriage were from women. The "kept man" request was from someone whose handle I didn't recognize, however, it originated in Alaska so I can't be sure about that one. )
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!

I just caught up on this thread. Since it's turned into post the family, I thought I'd share one of the kids on an unamed island. No better way to spend the 4th of July than a picnic on your own private island.
