I chose to put this here in the classifieds as it pertains to selling. I have been busy with life for a few years and haven't done much buying or selling. I was just looking at gunbroker sold auctions for Remington 700 rifles and they seem to be selling pretty high. Not just Remington either. Guns in general. What are your opinions on the current market? Will it continue to go up or come back to normal soon? Maybe normal is back in the old days I remember. If anyone remembers me here I bought and sold a lot 6 to 8 years ago. I have a lot of rifles I was considering selling because I don't use them but with the prices I'm seeing they look to have been a good investment. I've always been a Remington fan and have many of their better rifles. LVSF's, titaniums, senderos, and model 7s. I have quite a few that I've bought here and haven't seen daylight in years. I'm considering selling a couple and would try here before gunbroker but can't see getting the prices I saw being realized on gunbroker even after fees. Thanks.

I’d like to think things will settle down before much longer. Ammo is crazy right now too.I won’t be surprised to see the used market be full of new/like guns before long
I wouldn’t be surprised if you have a gun or two from me I’m pretty sure we did some trading,buying/selling years back Probably not a bad time to sell if your thinking about it
Let me know on your lvsf’s if you do decide to sell one! Thanks

Yep you are one I remember. Can't remember what on but remember dealing with you multiple times. It's funny I wasn't on here for years and come back and see a bunch of the same people. Thanks for your reply.

Just my guess, I think as manufacturing is allowed to increase we will see the market trend back to normal. I believe ammo will follow after firearms. Of course with the Dems in charge the typical frenzy for handguns and those scary “weapons of war” is likely going to linger on. As for now it seems to be a sellers market
Welcome back.

Good to have you back! I remember you well. Always nice to see a fellow looney return. I think you’ll see “hunting” rifles level out and return to “normal”. Tactical and evil black rifles are going to continue to climb. Got any 7mm RUM’s?
Buy once, cry once.

Remington prices with the Shotguns especially 870s and the 760 and 7600 have really went crazy on gunbroker. Several days ago a 870 Wingmaster in 16 gauge brought over $2900. Numerous bidders on a nice older wingmaster. 7600 pump synthetic/ matte finish carbine in 30-06 went for $1400. The tactical 870s are going for stupid prices too.
