My biggest investment is in the Colt 6920 so I guess it would be that one.

Though it'd be a big change from what I'm accustomed to using, I'd have to go for Grandpa's 30-30. It's all he ever used so I can't see it wouldn't do the job for me.

Robert Schuler drilling, 16x16x8mm. With the scope off, it is a very nice bird gun. With the scope on, it's a very adequate big game rifle for anything I hunt. I would miss the muzzle loader season after the fire, though.

Back in the early winter of 1955, our house caught fire. Dad was at work and Mom and us kids were at the neighbours house for tea. Mom had gone home to punch her bread down and discovered the blaze. She managed to break a window and reach and grabbed the only two things she could reach -- her Singer sewing machine and Dad's 1948 Browning pump action 22 LR. The house was completely destroyed. Dad is long since passed on.The rifle is in my safe today.
