I like ND, if I was a 5 Star recruit and could go anywhere in the country, it would be Notre Dame.
But Texas A&M played an ALL SEC schedule and only lost to Alabama, the #1 team in the country and that's when Bama still had Waddle.
ND was annihilated by #2 Clemson for the ACC tile. The fact that ND beat Clemson earlier when the Tiger's Trevor Lawrence was Covid out, as well as missing some other starters, shouldn't figure in to it.

Because even though aTm is the largest cult in the world (my wife is a ring carrying member), there are a lot more Catholics that watch tv and buy products than there are Aggies.

Because even though aTm is the largest cult in the world (my wife is a ring carrying member), there are a lot more Catholics that watch tv and buy products than there are Aggies. This and only this.

I have no clue. They didnt rate ahead of UT so they left the conference.

Because none of that BS is real sports. It’s a TV product and the sports equivalent of reality TV. It’s nothing but serving the ESPN and other cable and broadcast masters ratings to sell commercials.

How does Notre Dame rate ahead of Texas A&M ? Notre Dame beat Clemson, the number 1 team at the time. When Clemson beat Notre Dame, Notre Dame was missing two starting offensive linemen, plus others. Using your “logic”, it shouldn't figure into it. aTm beat no one and never played for a conference championship.
