Making some jerky this morning. I use Hi-Mountain seasoning. No deer hunting this year, so bought some beef roasts on sale

Is that the sirloin tip roast?I liked it the best for beef jerky.Good flavor,less fat and more tender.

if you like high mountain, try con yeager. even better. their hillybilly jerky mix is awesome.

Ok, tried the con yeager Hillbilly. Had my usual 4 "victims" try it. Hi- moutain edged out the hillbilly mix barely.
