I’m guessing 99% bluing, 95 stock. Bore is perfect. I’ve never shot it but round count looks minimal. Extra pics needed let me know. 1” Leupold bases and rings If you think it’s too high, don’t buy it. You lowballed him, and then listed the same rifle in a 2x less desirable caliber at twice that offer. His embellished too, so BS to the yours is better argument.
