I'd say there's some truth to the reported cellphone outtage....... BGG, it is the Capitol after all.............not Potlandia. The videos will get out, there's bound to be someone bringing out the files to put up on the net once outside the blocked area.

Happens every Independence Day near my house when 10-20,000 people flood the little town of Mackinaw City to watch fireworks. Can't make a call, text, surf the web,...nothing. Then again, it could very well be the commies in charge of the Capitol, ordering limited communication.
