Just like the ad reads. Don’t care if it’s new or used. Prefer forged (inexpensive). Don’t need BCG or anything else. Just the upper.

I have a Stag with a 18 or 20" (can't remember), stainless fluted barrel and Hogue free float forend. No charging handle or BCG. Never fired. I'd take $450 or trade for a complete lower.
