Has the red sealant around the primers. Came from an unknown source. I pulled the bullets and burned the powder. Cases could use a good tumbling.

How do you legally ship primed brass. I have some but haven't found a way without having a hazmat cert? If there is a third party way, I'd love to know

Take it to UPS. NOT Fed-Ex.
Tell 'em whats in the box. Pay the fee (Mmm...wonder how much that costs?) and off they go.
That's what the clerk at UPS told me.
You can ship live ammo, too, according to said clerk.
EDIT: I checked at UPS. Primed brass needs a Hazmat Cert.
Live ammo needs the proper label, which you can download and print from home.
Seems backwards to me, but those are the regs.

Figured as much.Years ago under a different user name, and different IP address I had plenty of posts, and a good rep with everyone. Guess should get busy with accumulating both of those.
