Absolutely hardcore. Fish being cold blooded, you would think that they would not be interested in biting very much. What do you guys who do it estimate the water temps to be under the ice? Low 30's Fahrenheit just below the ice. Slightly warmer as you go deeper. 4 out of 5 Great Lakes prefer Michigan.
