Little stainless 20" Rossi .357 will hold about 10 rounds of .357....can't remember how many 38's. Light, handy, shoots decent and you can put a lot of 38's through it fast. 38's out of a 20" barrel are going to make 357 speed out of a revolver. 357's gain that much more. Fun gun and at closer ranges it would be about as good as it gets if you can't have an AR or shotgun.

You guys have all forgotten the Henry Big Boy in 357 mag and 44 mag. Beautiful workmanship and can be scope mounted and comes with a recoil pad. I bought a 357 mag. in October and totally fell in love with it. I put a small red dot on it and the wife took ownership of it and it is now her go to rifle.

a winchester 94 is quite a bit handier than the 336, the nice thing is you can top them off, while walking and not even looking down at the loading gate. Never took off in the military. The military really was facinated by the stripper clip loading method. plus dust, mud and dirt were other issues. but if I wasn't in the trenches and was a courier or someone that was on the move. I would take a 94 all day long. 30-30 lever actions, the original assault rifle.

I would choose without a doubt my Browning reproduction Win Model 71 Carbine in 348 Winchester It's obscenely accurate and I have a ton of ammo for it.

Winchester 94 in 32 special or 30-30 just because I have a few and plenty of ammo.

We’ve got all 3 in the short trapper mode. .30-.30, 357 & 44 all just iron sighted
As someone else noted, feel like a toy in your hands
Not a bad choice in CQCB, or as a tent gun. For 300 yds, I’d prefer a scoped bolt gun.
Only my sons Tikka is DBM
Can’t I have both ? The lil NULA only weighs 5.5 pounds. You’d never know it was slung on your back till needed.
It’s all I’ve got for rifles
I’m kicking myself for selling the .223 Ar-15s 🤦🏼♂️

You’re a hell of a man if you can get your .357 mag to be accurate to 300.
JoeBob, My little Low Wall .357 does better than MOA at 300 yards and yes, it does have iron sights. A bud bet me I couldn't hit a golf ball at 100 with the first shot. He lost.

I have a neighbor that has hunted with a Winchester 94 in .30-30 for about 40 years. Does mostly drives and fast still hunting, so has shot countless running deer. Thinking someone like him would fare well in a gun fight against someone with minimal training with a M4 shooting at static targets.
