OP Jericho Campfire Outfitter J Joined: May 2002 Posts: 9,995	Saw one of these today for sale, at first Im thinking 22LR. After I had it in my hands and I looked at the barrel it was stamped 22WFR. Then Im thinking 22 magnum, wrong again. Did some googling and I guess you can fire 22WMR in a 22 magnum, but not vise versa.

Before you start subbing .22 WMR ammo check the SAAMI specs for the two cartridges. I am..........disturbed.
