Judging by the ejector port cut, I think it is a Marlin 1895 (most likely in 45-70). Pretty sure the lever and certainly the rear sight is after market. This is not an older vintage rifle as it does have the cross bolt safety. Condition and value assessment would require more complete pics of better quality. - T.S.

336 or 1895 because the 1894s had a different bolt design. My guess is she's a 1895
