Queer marriage, transvestites, abortion. We have a lot of that woe coming at us.
Is God patient? He told Abraham that the sin of Canaan wasn't yet full, then gave them a full 500 years to clean up their act. They didn't and God sent in the Hebrews to wipe them out. Is our sin full? I can't answer that but whatever comes is well earned.
Israel failed to wipe them out. They quit before the job was done. As a result, we still have the cesspool in the middle east that should have been cleaned up 3000 years ago.

The OP's question deserves some thought. The Bible teaches that bad comes to the just and unjust. History shows that if you care to look. We were founded in a way that put the emphasis on personal choices and freedom. We were given the right to live as we wanted as long as we didn't kill each other and such in doing so. The laws were pretty simple and based off of the Bible for the most part. Christian and non christians benefited from it. Then along came the evil side of government and started taking personal responsibility away from people. We call them safety nets. They made it easy for people to be lazy and rotten and not suffer from how they lived. This was by design too. So the transformation was started.
Many think we're on a down hill path that can't be changed. I don't think that way. The only way is through God and living in a way that the Bible teaches. Throw that away and the nation goes too. There is only one true path. Christ is the way.

Old folks murdered in nursing homes by Hospice companies nursing them to death. Most ages in between are trusting in every big money institution, "science" falsely so called, love of $, drugs over the good food God created, political celebrities, and everything except for Christ. People use His Holy Name in vain like I have never heard in my life. It's a wonder that He hasn't crushed america like a bug already. When I read the Revelation of Jesus Christ, I see America more as "Babylon the Great has fallen", yet to come. No government can change it. No law made or lack of can change things. It's about Jesus Christ. It's about changing hearts & minds. I like guns, anything outdoors as most of you do. I don't put faith in guns, money, politicians, or any other worldly things. I'm content. My faith is in Jesus Christ, & I'm not ashamed. There are those who don't believe as I do. That's their freedom, & I won't push my beliefs on them. I believe what made the U.S. prosperous was the fact we were somewhat above the crap that goes on in the rest of the world. Not so any longer. I fully expect us to lose that provenance. We've taken it for granted too long. All of us. Abortion, sodomy, trannies, China getting into genetic engineering of humans & chimeras, the great apostacy, drug dealing, famine and wars.
I'd say God is at least concerned. We were founded with the official sanctioning of slavery, which, no doubt, caused a great deal of human suffering and death. This was followed up in the 20th century with slavery lite a/k/a Jim Crow laws and secondary citizenship. We wiped out indigenous peoples in our desire to expand from sea to shining sea. Abortion and consenting adults having weird sex and elective surgeries and taking drugs don't really compare to that. So, I don't buy the narrative that this country has been successful because it was morally superior to every other country and now it is doing really bad things that will make it pay.

wabigoon, not sure what you're asking, other than I would say this. your average american doesn't understand or appreciate the unique freedoms we have. They don't seem to know that freedom of assembly in the 1st amendment means the government can't tell us we don't have it anymore. Even if there is a scamdemic going on. I would say for half the country the people don't deserve the freedoms this country has. when that is the case its ripe for god's judgement. I fear its coming soon. from what I have seen the shear lack of ability to see truth. will bring it upon us.

The part in bold is set to change real soon. Once the Left has bribed the Dindu-nuffin layabouts to install them into the positions of power they desire. The left will be done with those layabouts. They will cut off the welfare, foodstamps, HUD, and energy subsidies and assign those people positions of servitude. Layabouts will be dreaming of the good old days when the "Master" at least considered them valuable livestock. Children will be tested in Jr High School for aptitude and will be told what job or career they will be trained for. And they WILL like it. It WILL be an honor. Any protestors.......will make good fertilizer.
