Sir,
I was able to buy some Nobel Sport Vectan powder. It will come with a data sheet. I know nothing else, is it clean? Is it temp stable? Is it used by European ammo manufacturers? Who?
Can you shed some light.
With the shortages, and the scrounging of components, the odd and old will be coming out of cabinets everywhere.

I’m not MD; but I bought some of the same powder. I emailed the company for information and they sent me a pdf with a thorough amount of load data.
