Surely you are joking? The supreme court? Not joking. They took the Heller case when the Dems were saying the 2A was not an individual right. The Court was 5-4 pro-2A back then. Now it’s 6-3. If some of the States or the feds started confiscating guns from ordinary U.S. citizens on a large scale, I believe they take the case and strike it down. Justice ACB was one of the best gifts of the Trump presidency. Just because the S.Ct. didn’t take up the election disputes, all of which Trump was losing, even in front of his own appointees, doesn’t mean the S.Ct. would fail to intervene if the government was violating the 4th and 2nd Amendments by engaging in widespread gun confiscation.

Red flag laws will be their vehicle. Theyll get stronger, more frequent and more plentiful. They will color out the edges till a driving violation disqualifies you. And then shut down all ammo production. An you will have to register all your firearms and ammo to get permits. Beat you down with 1000 papercuts till your bled out. They can pick up mine off the battle field

I think before anyone decides how to save our rights, or revive them we all have some questions to settle in our minds.
Is this fight worth losing my possessions for?
Is this fight worth seeing my family and friends die over?
Is this fight worth the risk of losing my life over?
This is exactly what those 56 men faced that signed the Declaration of Independence faced. I can only answer for myself. I imagine some of you have thought of this too.

My favorite use of that last phrase was a while back when we were in 29 Palms, and a Master Sergeant informed our formation that our one-day liberty had been delayed for a day yet again during a CAX. One of our Lance Corporals shouted "Give me liberty or give me death!" We all died laughing and then want back to work.

Cheat our arses off in any upcoming elections, or even better, figure out a way to stop the DEMs from cheating their arses off..Stop funding the NRA and use those funds to hire the best lawyers in the country to fight any cases that threaten gun rights...The DEMs already do this crap, we are losing because we are not playing dirty like them... It's either do the above or use the guns to stop them from taking our rights..
