Thanks, just so you all know 90% of what you need can be purchased without a license, but here’s the biggie. Aluminum powder is strictly controlled. License required to buy more than 1/2 pound at a time. You must fax a drivers and explosive license for records. Under no circumstances will they ship Aluminum powder, potassium chlorate and sulphur at one time. Those are the 3 main ingredients to flash powder. Class B explosive. Big no no.
Should add that mixing those together especially if using unwashed sulphur has been known to cause big spontaneous explosions.
