It turned out great but maybe it's just because I like to use my Coq au vin pot for it's real purpose sometimes!

Tonight's dinner was the remaining half of my lunch, which I can no longer finish in one sitting as I used to, along with an order of rolled tacos and a large drink. I had to go to the big town, so I splurged a whole $7 for lunch.

Carne Asada burrito, SoCal style, no friggen rice and beans. Meat and pico salsa, guacamole is optional, I leave it off when I remember to order it that way. Along with some really nice hot sauce to add to it.

Oysters wrapped in bacon and cooked on the grill w apple smoke for an appetizer. Prime ribeye cooked medium rare after the oysters. And a salad.
