South Mississippi. With no frame of size reference it's medium to medium large dog size. Might want to retire your Moultrie’s and get something that will take a clear image. Game cameras that can’t take a clear pic are worthless, in this case you can’t even tell the species let alone identify if it’s a good buck or an average buck.

Reconyx (more pricy) and all of the modern Brownings are far better. Yes, that’s what I use.

Time to upgrade your trail cam. I am not aware of a trail cam that processes movement at night at right angles to the lens very well. The faster the movement the more blurry the pic. But I am also a cheap cundt, so even if there was one, I'd be to cheap to buy it. Save for the occasional curiosity as is the subject of this conversation, they do what I need them to do. This camera takes much better daylight pics. This one was sent to my phone this morning.

Browning and reconyx will handle night shots at a right angle and I’m sure there are others. Other features are also hugely important like “wake time” which is critical when game passes by, if a camera takes 1.5 seconds to wake you’ve missed the shot.
Moultries IMO are pretty low quality and I’ve found their durability to be horrible. While they save you money up front they don’t last, you decide what’s important to you. But you get what you pay for, if you had a decent camera we wouldn’t have any of these guessing games.

The musculature of the hind leg looks very cat like. When dogs are in a stride like that their tails are almost always extended. Could be a bobtail dog. I do pick up dogs on camera, but none that look like that. Here is a dog that was in the same location one minute prior to the above pic. This dog was seen leaving 6 minutes after the mystery critter. That one sure looks like a bobcat. Yeah, the long tail screams bobcat!
